Abstract
MéTODO PARA DIMINUIR O COEFICIENTE DE ATRITO DA SUPERFìCIE DE CINTAS METáLICAS COM UM REVESTIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA APLICAR UM REVESTIMENTO METáLICO POR SOBRE UMA CINTA DE AçO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para diminuir o coeficiente de atrito da superfície de cintas metálicas com um revestimento, especialmente de cintas de aço (S) metalizadas com estanho ou metalizadas com cromo, as quais são passadas através de uma instalação de revestimento em uma velocidade de cinta (V). Para ser capaz de diminuir o coeficiente de atrito da superfície do revestimento mesmo em altas velocidades de cinta através da instalação de revestimento, de acordo com a invenção, uma solução aquosa de um tensoativo é pulverizada por sobre a cinta metálica revestida passada na velocidade de cinta (v) após o processo de revestimento. A invenção ainda provê um dispositivo para aplicar um revestimento metálico por sobre uma cinta de aço, especialmente em uma instalação de metalização de estanho de cinta ou uma instalação de metalização de cromo de cinta.
