Abstract

PROCESSO PARA ESTAMPAR UM DESENHO EM UM DOCE CONGELADO COM COBERTURA E APARELHO PARA ESTAMPAR UM DESENHO EM UM DOCE CONGELADO A presente invenção propõe um processo para estampar um desenho em um doce congelado com cobertura, o qual compreende as etapas de cobrir pelo menos parcialmente o doce congelado com uma camada de cobertura; e colocar uma superfície de estampagem em contato com o doce congelado com cobertura; caracterizado pelo fato da superfície de estampagem estar montada de modo resiliente em um suporte. Ela propõe também um aparelho para estampar um desenho em um doce congelado com cobertura.
