Abstract

MáQUINA E PROCESSO DE DECORTICAçãO DE CASTANHA, consiste de um mecanismo de decorticação de castanha, otimizado para caju, podendo ser aplicado para frutos similares, baseado na geração de um plano de clivagem ou fratura seguido da abertura forçada da casca, expondo a amêndoa. O mecanismo envolve pelo menos uma faca superior atrelada a sistema mobilizador vertical pneumático, preferencialmente. Intermediariamente há um sistema de suporte da castanha. Em posição inferior, coplanarmente à faca superior, tem-se pelo menos um par de facas inferiores. Estas são afixadas sobre um sistema mobilizador que permite movimento horizontal, mesma direção e sentidos opostos. Assim, a ação do sistema fragiliza a casca segundo um piano de clivagem ou fratura. As facas inferiores, ao serem afastadas entre si, promovem a abertura da casca e exposição da amêndoa.
