Abstract
Sistema Construtivo Integrado de Perfis para Paredes Verticais Modulares de PVC Extrudados , descreve-se a presente patente de invenção, que possui coma principio básico propiciar a formação de um sistema construtivo em estrutura própria e específica do tipo modular e baseada em placas específicas de composição híbrida em direta substituição às tradicionais paredes convencionais, a inovação do sistema é o uso de perfis modulares com medidas e dimensões variadas em PVC, fabricadas pelo processo de extrusão e co-extrusão, estes perfis são encaixados verticalmente e apresentam as suas faces laterais perfuradas, permitindo uma concretagem conjunta das paredes, além de facilitar a colocação de armaduras verticais e horizontais, das tubulações elétricas, telefónicas, hidro-sanitárias e de gás, o PVC utilizado na execução dos perfis apresenta aditivos que aumentam a sua segurança, dureza e resistência a radiações UV podendo permanecer sem proteção após a construção das habitações; conferindo ao elemento estrutural propriedades adequadas para a resistência mecânica, conforto térmico e acústico e de rigidez.Integrated Building System for Extruded PVC Modular Vertical Walls, the present invention is described, which has as its basic principle the formation of a building system in its own specific structure of modular type and based on specific plates of hybrid composition. In direct replacement to traditional conventional walls, the system's innovation is the use of modular profiles with varying dimensions and PVC, manufactured by the extrusion and co-extrusion process, these profiles are vertically fitted and have their perforated side faces, allowing a joint concreting of the walls, as well as facilitating the placement of vertical and horizontal reinforcement, electrical, telephone, water and gas pipes, the PVC used in the construction of the profiles presents additives that increase their safety, hardness and radiation resistance. UV may remain unprotected after housing construction; giving the structural element properties suitable for mechanical strength, thermal and acoustic comfort and stiffness.
