Abstract

"SISTEMAS E MéTODO DE SUPRIMENTO DE LáMINAS". Um sistema de suprimento de lâminas, para uso no suprimento de lâminas sobrepostas a um interdobrador, inclui um rolete de leito sobre o qual é cortada uma trama em lâminas sucessivas. As lâminas são supridas a uma passagem de suprimento de lâminas, que conduz a roletes de retardo, que sobrepõem as lâminas dentro da passagem de suprimento. A parte de arrasto de cada lâmina a jusante arqueia-se para fora, à medida que a lâmina é suprida à passagem de suprimento. Um tubo de ar dirige ar pressurizado para um volume dentro do qual é formado o arqueamento na lâmina a jusante. O ar pressurizado impede que a parte de guia da lâmina a montante seja puxada para fora ao longo da área de arrasto da lâmina a jusante, contrariando um vácuo que resulta do movimento para fora da parte de arrasto da lâmina a jusante, depois de ser liberada a partir do rolete de leito. O ar pressurizado também mantém a lâmina a montante em ligação com os dedos de retirada que guiam as lâminas através da passagem de suprimento de lâminas e assegura a separação entre a extremidade de arrasto da lâmina a jusante e a extremidade de guia da lâmina a montante.
