Abstract
UNIDADE DE ACIONAMENTO PARA UMA LáMINA DE CEIFAR. A presente invenção refere-se a unidade de acionamento para lâminas de ceifar acionadas com oscilação, copreendendo um motor 4, uma primeira unidade de engrenagem 1, que apresenta uma primeira carcaça 5, que forma um primeiro eixo 6, que apresenta um rotor 7 apoiado na primeira carcaça 5, podendo girar, em torno do primeiro eixo 6, que se apresenta uma primeira roda dentada oca 10 fixada na primeira carcaça 5 e dentada internamente, que apresenta um pinhão dentado 14 apoiado no rotor 7, podemndo girar em torno de um segundo eixo 12, sendo que o segundo eixo 12 está deslocado radialmente em relação ao primeiro eixo 6, e o pinhão dentado 14 forma o membro de saida de movimento da unidade e acionamento, e está engatado com a primeira roda dentada oca 10, sendo que, está prevista uma segunda unidade de engrenagem 2, cuja saída de movimento 34 está ligada com o rotor 7 da primeira unidade de engrenagem 1 à prova de torção, e que é conformada como engrenagem de redução, pelo fato de que, o motor 4 apresenta um eixo de saida de movimento 45, que aciona girando a segunda unidade de engrenagem 2, e pelo fato de que, o numero de rotações N1 do motor 4 é reduzido pela segunda engrenagem 2, 102, 202 executada como engrenagem de redução para o número de rotações de acionamento N2 da primeira unidade de engrenagem 1.
