Abstract

APARELHO EM UMA MáQUINA DE FIAR, ESPEMENTE UMA MáQUINA DE PREPARAçãO DE FIAçãO, PARA DEPOSITAR E DESCARREGAR FIBRAS DE ALGODãO. A presente invenção refer-se em uma máquina de fiar, especialmente uma máquina de preparação de fiação, por exemplo, uma máquina de cardar plana, uma fieira, uma máquina de cardagem, um sistema de estiramento integrado, uma máquina de cardar a roletes ou similar, para depositar fibras soltas de algodão, no qual é provido um dispositivo de dispensa (chapa bobinadora) para dispensar fibras soltas de algodão, e uma superfície de suporte receptora substancialmente planar para receber e coletar as fibras soltas de algodão na forma de um fardo de fibras soltas de algodão sem lata, a superfície de suporte receptora não sendo substancialmente encerrada, a superfície de suporte receptora e o dispositivo de dispensa sendo deslocáveis entre si, a superfície de suporte receptora sendo móvel horizontalmente para frente e para trás, e no qual é provido um dispositivo para deslocar (descarregar) as fibras soltas de algodão coletadas na forma de um fardo de fibras soltas de algodão sem lata fora da área de depósito. A fim de efetuar a simplies descarga do fardo de fibras soltas de algodão sem lata, o fardo de fibras soltas de algodão, juntamente (em comum) com a superfície de suporte receptora, é descarregável a partir da máquina, o fardo de fibras soltas de algodão sendo removível da superfície de suporte receptora e a superfície de suporte receptora (sozinha) sendo deslocável de volta para a máquina.
