Abstract

EMULSãO DE AGREGAçãO DE TONER INCORPORANDO SìLICA ALUMINIZADA COMO UM AGENTE COAGULANTE. O toner inclui partículas de emulsão de agregação de toner tendo um núcleo e um envoltório. O núcleo inclui um aglutinante incluindo um primeiro polímero de acrilato de estireno não-reticulado e um polímero de acrilato de estireno reticulado, pelo menos um corante, pelo menos uma cera, e sílica aluminizada. O envoltório inclui um segundo polímero de acrilato de estireno não-reticulado, que é de preferência o mesmo como o primeiro polímero de acrilato de estireno não-reticulado do núcleo. a sílica aluminizado é usada vantajosamente como um coagulante no processo de formação da emulsão de agregação do toner.
