Abstract

"PERFIL DE PLáSTICO RECICLADO AGLUTINADO COM FIBRAS NATURAIS E REFORçADO COM HASTES RìGIDAS E PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DO PERFIL". Notadamente de um perfil de plástico (1) em reciclado reforçado com hastes rígidas, obtido a partir do presente processo de extrusão, sendo o referido perfil (1) composto de uma forma geométrica predeterminada em função do seu aplicativo, que pode ser como perfil para placa de sinalização, perfil para cruzeta elétrica, perfil para dormente, perfil para uso na construção civil, perfil para uso como mourão de cerca ou marítimo; o perfil (1) é formado por uma massa em termoplástico e fibra natural obtida por processo de extrusão, de maneira a compor um em termoplástico reciclado com fibra natural (2) que recebe, em pontos predeterminados, preferencialmente próximo às suas bordas, hastes rígidas (3) distribuídas em alinhamento paralelo ao eixo longitudinal do perfil (1). Quanto ao processo de obtenção, apresenta, particularmente na etapa de extrusão, um importante dispositivo de contra-peso (9) que evita a formação de ar na massa.
