Abstract

CORPO ESTRUTURAL DE MONTAGEM DE BOMBA DE COMBUSTìVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um corpo estrutural de montagem de bomba de combustível que permita que um espaço de montagem para um tanque de combustível e o número de processos de fabricação sejam reduzidos. Uma base 7 apresentando uma porção escalonada 50 ajustada com uma porção de tampa 13 de uma unidade de bomba de combustível 10 é soldada a uma porção de abertura 6 disposta em um membro superior 2 de um tanque de combustível. Na superfície superior da base 7, um membro de guia 8 formado para incluir um espaço livre 18, no qual é inserido um retentor 20, é ligado em uma solda por pontos 17. Um anel em O 16 é ajustado na porção escalonada 50 e então uma porção da unidade de bomba de combustível 10 de um filtro para uma porção de corpo principal 11 é acomodada no tanque de combustível. Quando uma porção inferior da porção de tampa 13 for então engatada com a porção escalonada 50, o anel em O 16 exibirá um efeito de vedação predeterminado. Quando o retentor 20 for inserido no espaço livre 18 nesta condição, a porção de extremidade dianteira do retentor 20 será deslizada para pressionar uma superfície superior da porção de tampa 13 para avançar para o espaço livre 18 em um lado oposto à direção de inserção. A unidade de bomba de combustível 10 é então mantida em um estado firme hermeticamente vedado, contanto que o retentor 20 não seja puxado para fora.
