Abstract

parafuso cortical para sistema de fixação zigomática, tem por objeto um inovador dispositivo aplicado no sistema de ancoragem das próteses dentárias, pertencente ao campo da odontologia, mais especificamente ao da implantodontia; a técnica consiste em fixar um ou vários parafusos (1) de ósseo integração diretamente no zigoma (2) utilizando parafusos (1) de tamanhos adequados, mais longos que os convencionais, com prévio tratamento superficial, em conjunto com um elemento (10) monobloco de ajuste angular, cuja função é proporcionar um ângulo correto para a fixação dos elementos protéticos ou plataforma protética na cavidade bucal (12).
