Abstract
"MATERIAIS DE MOLDAGEM à BASE DE POLIAMIDA REFORçADA". A presente invenção refere-se a materiais de moldagem à base de poliamida reforçada, que podem ser preparados a partir de uma mistura de poliamida, mediante uma composição da poliamida com fibras cortadas ou filamentos contínuos numa extrusora de dupla hélice, esses materiais apresentando propriedades mecânicas que, normalmente, não são compatíveis entre si, notadamente, uma combinação de características de excepcionais alta rigidez e resistência, ao mesmo tempo de satisfatória tenacidade. Além disso, de acordo com a invenção, é obtida uma temperatura de alta distorção térmica (HDT) De acordo com a invenção, os materiais de moldagem termoplásticos à base de poliamida são adequados para a produção de moldagens e outros produtos semi acabados ou de artigos acabados, os quais podem ser produzidos, por exemplo, através de extrusão, moldagem por injeção, prensagem, processos diretos ou de preparação direta, em que o material de moldagem preparado à base de poliamida é processado diretamente através de moldagem por injeção ou outras técnicas de deformação.
