Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO DE FIXAçãO PARA BUCHAS DO MANCAL EM UM GARFO DE JUNTA DE CARDã". A presente invenção refere-se a disposição de fixação para buchas do mancal 9 em um garfo de junta de cardã compreendendo um garfo de junta de cardã com uma base do garfo 3 que forma um eixo longitudinal 2, dois braços do garfo 4, que se sobressaem diametralmente deslocados do eixo longitudinal 2 na mesma direção da base do garfo 3, apresentam, respectivamente, um furo do mancal contínuo, sendo que, os furos do mancal dos dois braços do garfo 4 estão centrados em um eixo do furo 8 comum, que corta em ângulo reto o eixo longitudinal 2, que apresentam, respectivamente, em um lado externo afastado do eixo longitudinal 2, uma ranhura em forma de arco de círculo, deslocada em relação à base do garfo 3, vista em uma seção longitudinal, que contém o eixo do furo 8, e voltada para o furo do mancal, um elemento de segurança 16 separado de cada braço do garfo 4, que apresenta uma seção de engate com uma circunferência externa, que está adaptada à ranhura em forma de arco de círculo, e engata nessa ranhura, sendo que, o centro 13 da ranhura em forma de arco de círculo está no eixo do furo 8, ou está deslocado desse eixo em relação à base do garfo 3, os braços do garfo 4 apresentam, respectivamente, pelo menos, uma reentrância de segurança 14 no lado externo, o elemento de segurança 16 apresenta, pelo menos, uma seção de segurança 20, que se sobressai para longe do elemento de segurança 16, na direção do centro 13, engrena em, pelo menos, uma reentrância de segurança 14, e fixa o elemento de segurança 16 contra torção em torno do centro 13 e pelo fato de que, estão previstos meios de segurança 20, que fixam o elemento de segurança 16, no garfo de junta de cardã.
