Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE 4,4'-DIFENILMETANO DIISOCIANATO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de 4,4'-difenilmetanodiisocianato (4,4'-MDI) por condensação, catalisada por ácido, de anilina com formaldeído, reação da mistura obtida de diaminas e poliaminas com fosgênio para formar uma mistura de isómeros de DI e homólogos (dilsocianatos e poliisocianatos da série difenilmetano), e em seguida separação destilativa da mistura para formar 4,4'-MDI e MDI polimérico.
