Abstract

APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE LONA DE PNEUMáTICO DE CALIBRE REDUZIDO. Um processo e um aparelho são proporcionados para a produção de uma lona reforçada, tendo uma espessura de calibre reduzida e um espaçamento entre os cordões reduzido. A lona de epi reduzido, calibre reduzido pode ser formada usando um sistema de calandragem ou um sistema de extrusão de alimentação cruzada. Os cordões podem ficar nivelados com a superfície externa da borracha ou podem projetar-se da superfície externa da borracha. Um revestimento de deslizamento opcional de borracha pode cobrir os cordões, para protegê-los de serem deslocados, durante a fabricação.
