Abstract

FUSO MOTRIZ PARA ACIONAMENTO PRINCIPAL DE UMA CADEIRA DE LAMINAçãO A invenção se refere a um fuso motriz (1) para acionamento principal de uma cadeira de laminação, compreendendo: um primeiro eixo (3) para transmitir um torque de um motor de acionamento (2) a um elemento acoplador, de modo particular a um perfil estriado, e; um segundo eixo (5) para transmitir o torque do elemento acoplador, de modo particular do perfil estriado, através de uma junta rotativa (4), a um cilindro (6) da cadeira de laminação. A junta rotativa (4) possui uma luva de união (7), que é giratoriamente fixada ao cilindro (6), e possui uma segunda cabeça de fuso (8) que é giratoriamente conectada ao segundo eixo (5). A conexão rotativa entre a luva de união (7) e a cabeça de fuso (8) é estabelecida por blocos corrediços e por um munhão (9), que é conectado de uma maneira rotativamente fixa na cabeça de fuso (8) , porém ele é montado de forma a permitir um ângulo basculante (a) entre o eixo geométrico de rotação (10) do cilindro (6) e o eixo geométrico de rotação (11) do segundo eixo (5). A fim de ser capaz de transmitir, de uma maneira aperfeiçoada, as forças axiais através da junta rotativa, a invenção prevê que um elemento de mancal (12, 13), para absorver as torças na direção dos eixos geométricos do segundo eixo (5) e do cilindro (6), seja colocado entre a luva de união (7) e a cabeça de fuso (6). Um êmbolo (14), para transmitir forças axiais entre a luva de união (7) e a cabeça de fuso (8), é colocado entre ambos os elementos de mancal (12,13).
