Abstract

"GERENCIADOR DE TESTE E DE DIAGNóSTICO DE EXTREMIDADE A EXTREMIDADE". São providos um gerenciador de teste e de diagnóstico de extremidade a extremidade e um método de diagnosticar problemas de serviços em uma rede de múltiplos serviços e múltiplos domínios. Um banco de dados recebe e armazena os dados de inventário de serviços e de rede que identificam e descrevem o cliente e os componentes de rede necessários para distribuir um serviço para o cliente através de uma rede de múltiplos domínios. Uma interface para exibir a informação de serviço a um operador e para receber comandos de um operador também é provida. Uma pluralidade de ferramentas de teste é provida para testar a condição operacional e para verificar a configuração dos componentes necessários para distribuir o serviço para o cliente. Um servidor de aplicativo é configurado para executar as instruções para evocar as ferramentas de teste. Os resultados do teste são exibidos para o operador através da interface.
