"BARRA ALIMENTìCIA, COMPONENTE ALIMENTìCIO, E, MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UMA BARRA ALIMENTìCIA" A invenção refere-se a uma barra alimentícia energética para nutrição de baixa caloria com alto teor de fibras e baixos teores de álcoois de açúcar, que têm excelente composto flavorizante e propriedades multi-textura. A barra alimentícia tem menos que 110 cal / 28 g de porção, e inclui um componente de núcleo compreendendo, como uma matriz unitária, flocos de proteína, caramelo, fibra dietética solúvel em água, e um sistema aglutinante; um componente de caramelo; e o componente de núcleo e os componentes de caramelo são envolvidos com uma camada de revestimento de composto.
