Abstract

PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE TONER LIVRE DE SOLVENTE UTILIZANDO INVERSãO DE FASE. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricação de partículas de toner compreendendo: (a) formação de uma emulsão compreendendo uma fase dispersa incluindo um ou mais componentes fundidos da composição de toner, na qual existe ausência do solvente da resina de toner na fase contínua; (b) realização de uma inversão de fase para criar uma emulsão de fase invertida compreendendo uma fase dispersa incluindo gotículas do tamanho de toner compreendendo um ou mais componentes fundidos da composição de toner e uma fase contínua incluindo uma segunda composição aquosa; e (c) solidificação das gotículas do tamanho de toner para resultar nas partículas de toner.
