"PELìCULA TEMáTICA LUMINESCENTE", é constituída por uma película temática luminescente (1), transparente, translúcida ou opaca, adesiva colante, imã, velcro ou qualquer material fixante ou unida pela ação do vácuo, composta por película (2) única ou por sobreposição de varias películas, ou mesmo um anteparo lamelar rígido, contendo em um ou em ambos os planos de formação, inscrições, figuras, textos, fotografias, desenhos, paisagens, ou temas variados (3), cujos contornos, áreas especificas ou toda a gravura, são produzidas por impressão ou colagem utilizando-se como fundo, uma tinta luminescente de cor variada ou mesmo monocromática, para que o tema produzido, emita luz visível (4), quando a tinta for eletricamente excitada por diferença de potencial; a película temática luminescente (1 ) pode ser aplicada em qualquer superfície lisa, inclusive local de veículos automotivos (5), e se ilumina ou se apaga, quando Ihe é aplicada uma corrente elétrica conduzida por fio ou cabo plano (flat cable), iniciada ou interrompida por censores, relês, interruptores, etc., de acionamento manual ou automático, remoto ou local, dependentes ou independentes do tempo.
