Abstract
"FECHO PARA CINTOS DE SEGURANçA VEICULAR". FECHO PARA CINTOS DE SEGURANçA VEICULAR utilizado para unir tiras em dispositivos de retenção infantil com cintos pontos. Caracteriza-se por apresentar duas lingüetas metálicas finas e vazadas, possui uma caixa de travamento, onde o travamento ocorre pela coincidência dos furos das lingüetas com a furação da estrutura metálica da caixa, por meio de uma trava basculante acionada por mola. As lingüetas possuem olhais que unem as tiras que vem dos ombros e vão para a região sub-abdominal e a caixa de travamento é atada à tira entre pernas. As lingüetas possuem formatos tais que só podem ser corretamente inseridas na caixa de travamento quando formarem uma composição adequada onde uma sobrepõe a outra. Caracteriza-se por disponibilizar uma tecla de abertura, na caixa de travamento, que pode ser acionada no mesmo sentido do encaixe das lingüetas.
