Abstract
Elemento construtivo de diferentes formas, por exemplo, paralelepípedos de pavimentação, blocos, azulejos, revestimentos, ladrilhos - páletes, tábuas, plataformas, entre outras, caracterizando-se pelo fato de ser composto principalmente de materiais descartadas não recicláveis, preferentemente de elementos em multicamadas que comumente ocupam espaço de vertedouros de esgoto e de trechos navegáveis de rios, ditos materiais descartados não recicláveis compreendendo uma combinação, entre si, de qualquer dos elementos tais como alumínio, papel, poliamida, poliéster, polipropileno, cortiça, papelão e, inclusive, bagaços de uva e de azeitona, ou outra matéria inerte, os quais encontram-se presentes em uma proporção preferente, mas não exclusiva, de acordo com a tabela 1 da reivindicação 1, principal.
