Abstract
"MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE POTêNCIA DE TRANSMISSãO E SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO MóVEL". Um método de controle de potência de transmissão para controlar uma potência de transmissão de um E-AGCH incluindo uma taxa de transmissão absoluta do enlace ascendente de dados do usuário, que é transmitido a partir de uma célula controlada por uma estação rádio-base a uma estação móvel, que inclui: a notificação, a partir de um controlador de rede de rádio à estação rádio-base que controla uma célula de serviço, um desvio entre a potência de transmissão do E-AGCH e uma potência de transmissão de um DPCH, quando a estação móvel está executando uma mudança da área de cobertura de uma célula para a área de cobertura de uma célula vizinha com a célula de serviço e células fora de serviço; a determinação, na célula de serviço a qual o desvio é notificado, da potência de transmissão do E-AGCH com base no desvio notificado; e a transmissão, na célula de serviço, do E-AGCH à estação móvel usando a potência de transmissão determinada.
