Abstract
MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM AGENTE DE ABSORçãO DE áGUA EM PARTìCULAS E AGENTE DE ABSORçãO DE áGUA EM PARTìCULAS. A presente invenção proporciona um método para a fabricação de um agente de absorção de água em partículas o qual tem excelente capacidade de difusão de líquido e permeabilidade ao líquido e cuja quantidade de monómeros residuais é reduzida.O método para fabricação do agente de absorção de água em partículas da presente invenção inclui uma etapa de ligação reticulada de superfície, na presença de um agente orgânico de ligação reticulada, resina de absorção de água em partículas obtida através de pelo menos uma etapa de polimerização de uma solução aquosa de monómeros insaturados em ou após a etapa de polimerização, um sistema de reação é misturado com peróxido. Assim, é possível obter o agente de absorção de água em partículas o qual tem excelente capacidade de difusão de líquido e permeabilidade ao líquido e cuja quantidade de monómeros residuais é pequena, isto é, é possível obter o agente de absorção de água em partículas o qual é altamente funcional e altamente seguro.
