Abstract
ELEMENTO DE DERRAMAMENTO QUE PODE SER NOVAMENTE FECHADO PARA EMBALAGENS COMPÈSITAS DE PAPELAOIPLASTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de derramamento que pode ser novamente fechado para embalagens compósitas de papelão/plástico compreendendo uma base (1) a ser aplicada sobre a embalagem na proximidade de uma zona enfraquecida sobre-revestida, uma tampa (2) articuladamente montada na extremidade da base (1) e um elemento de abertura (3), articuladamente montado na tampa (2), onde elementos de orientação restritos (8A,9A) são dispostos entre a base (1) e o elemento de abertura (3). Um elemento de derramamento com pequena altura geral que possibilita a abertura confiável da embalagem é obtido pelo que o elemento de abertura (3) é unido em uma maneira articulada na extremidade de uma alavanca que se projeta para baixo da tampa (2), de modo que o elemento de abertura (3) quando a tampa (2) é levantada seja, em primeiro lugar, feito para executar um movimento linear para frente, que como um resultado dos elementos de orientação restritos adicionais dispostos no interior da base (1) e/ou no elemento de abertura é convertido em um movimento descendente.
