Abstract
PASTILHA DE METAL DURO PARA OPERAçõES DE PERFURAçAO DE FURO DEMANDANDO RESISTêNCIA AO DESGASTE. A presente invenção se refere a uma pastilha de ferramenta de corte de metal duro ¢cemented carbide - normalmente carbureto de tungstênio em uma fase de cobalto! revestida, particularmente útil para perfuração de furo curto em aço em alta velocidade e moderada alimentação, e também se refere a um método de fabricação da mesma. Em concordância com a presente invenção, a referida pastilha de ferramenta de corte de metal duro revestida está caracterizada pelo fato de que: - o corpo de metal duro (pastilha) consiste de WC com uma média de tamanho de grão de 1,0 <109>m - 4,0 <109>m, 2 % em peso - 10 % em peso de Co e 4 % em peso - 12 % em peso de carbetos cúbicos de metais selecionados a partir dos grupos IVa, Va ou VIa da Tabela Periódica em que N é adicionado em uma quantidade de 1,1 % em peso - 1,4 % em peso do peso dos elementos selecionados a partir dos grupos IVa e Va; - a fase de ligante de Co é altamente ligada com W (de alta liga de W) com uma proporção de CW de 0,75 - 0,90; - o corpo de metal duro possui uma zona de superfície essencialmente livre de carbeto cúbico e fase de ligante enriquecida A de uma espessura < 20 <109>m; - o corpo de metal duro possui ao longo de uma linha C, essencialmente biseccionando a borda, na direção a partir da borda para o centro da pastilha, um conteúdo de fase de ligante aumentando essencialmente paulatinamente até que este conteúdo alcance a composição de massa a partir do conteúdo de fase de ligante em % em volume na borda de 0,65 - 0,75 vezes o conteúdo de fase de ligante da massa em que a profundidade da depleção de fase de ligante é de100 <109>m - 300 <109>m em que o revestimento da pastilha compreende: - uma primeira, a mais interna,- camada de TiC~ x~N~ y~O~ z~ com s + y + z = 1, com z <243> 0,5, preferivelmente com z > 0,1, com uma espessura de 0,1 <109>m - 2 <109>m, e com grãos eqüi1ineares ou assemelhados a agulhas com tamanho <243> 0,5<109>, esta camada sendo a mesma como ou diferente a partir da primeira, a mais interna camada; e uma camada externa de uma camada de <244>-Al~ 2~O~ 3~polida, texturizada, finamente granulada, de tamanho de grão de cerca de 1 <109>, com uma espessura de 3 <109>m-6<109>m, e com uma dureza de supefície (R~ a~) de menos de que 0,3 <109> sobre um comprimento mensurado de 0,25mm.
