Abstract

TAMPA COM MEIO VERTEDOR E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA TAMPA A presente invenção trata de uma tampa com meio vertedor que compreende uma primeira peça que comporta um meio vertedor (4) e uma base (3) que possui uma aba de fixação ao corpo do recipiente e primeiros meios de fixação rígida para uma segunda peça que comporta uma cobertura (6) que possui uma parede apical, uma aba (20) e meios de estancamento (22) para o meio vertedor (4), meios (7) de rotação da cobertura (6) e segundos meios de fixação rígida complementares dos primeiros meios (5) de fixação rígida. Os meios (7) de rotação, situados transversalmente de modo perpendicular à aba da cobertura (6) compreendem uma parte deformável em forma geral de arco delimitada por um segmento arqueado superior de espessura reduzida que pertence à aba (20), por um segmento arqueado inferior de espessura reduzida que pertence aos segundos meios de fixação, e por duas bordas livres de direção axial, de modo que, durante a abertura da tampa, o ângulo de rotação da cobertura possa atingir a ordem de 180<198>.
