Abstract

TRATAMENTO DOS RESìDUOS DA AGROINDúSTRIA CANAVIEIRA. Patente de invenção para um novo processo de tratamento dos resíduos da agroindústria canavieira, que será compreendido pelo encaminhamento da vinhaça na sua saída das usinas para tanques de contenção, onde o resíduo recebe um quelante para homogeneização, em seguida recebe outro produto que vai agir como plastificante de toda solução, que é transformada em um gel, é assim transportado para um secador para retirar o excesso de umidade e depois passa por moinho, e ai pode ser armazenado ou seguir diretamente para uso na agricultura, como fonte de nutrientes (N, P, K) e matéria orgânica, este processo vem de encontro aos interesses de conservação do meio ambiente e uma solução definitiva e total para este problema que preocupa cada vez mais toda a sociedade cientifica, com o risco que estes materiais in-natura, altamente poluente pode causar aos cursos d'água superficiais e ao lençol freático, tornando assim depois de concluído o tratamento em um produto que poderá servir a qualquer tipo de cultura.
