Abstract
Utilização de resíduo cerâmico de indústria cerâmica elou oleiro misturados ou não, para correção de argilas utilizadas no processo de fabricação de pozolana, cimento CPII-Z e CPIV, para fins comerciais. Para utilizar o resíduo é necessário moer tomando-o granulometricamente satisfatório ao uso (dentro das especificações), este material após moido na presença de umidade reage quimicamente com o hidróxido de cálcio para formar compostos aglomerantes, é válido salientar que, este tipo de rejeito, tenha passado pelo processo térmico entre 500°C a 1250°C para ativar seus minerais. O material é de qualidade conforme mostra a tabela ( 1 )O material após ser analisado pode ser aplicado ao sistema de fabricação ou ensaque sem restrições de acordo com a necessidade da empresa. O resíduo estudado tem como finalidade reduzir custos melhorando a qualidade do produto, ajudando a proteger os recursos naturais e integrando a outras empresas no conceito ambientaL Tem como principal aplicabilidade na fabricação de cimento tipo: CPII-Z e CPJV no ensaque e a granel, ser vendido como pozolana artificial ou misturados para o enriquecimento de outras argilas seja in natura ou calcinada e como pigmento em argamassas e concreto.
