Abstract

SUPERFìCIE E MECANISMO DE SUSTENTAçãO E CéLULAS DE FLUIDO COM SISTEMA DE DERIVAçãO MúLTIPLA. Trata-se a presente invenção de um dispositivo de amortecimento para a sustentação de um corpo, como, por exemplo, colchão, assento de cadeira, sofá ou algo semelhante, sendo que a sustentação é obtida por meio de um fluido contido em células de fluido, que têm força elástica. O dispositivo de amortecimento é auto-inflável, auto-ajustável e oferece uma pressão de interface baixa sob toda a superfície de contato de um paciente. Os danos de raspagem causados por força de cisalhamento são impedidos por meio de um mecanismo de acoplamento. Um mecanismo do sistema de sustentação oferece regiões de sustentação controladas separadamente para o controle da pressão. Para fins fisioterapêuticos, um sistema de pressão alternada oferece o levantamento e o abaixamento alternado das células de sustentação nas regiões de sustentação, sob o paciente.
