Abstract
COMPOSTO E USO DO MESMO. Derivados aromáticos de diaminas alifáticas são eficazes na melhora de condições caracterizadas por atividade de canal de íon de cálcio indesejada, especialmente canais tipo T e tipo N. Essas condições incluem, por exemplo, acidente vascular cerebral e dor. Os derivados aromáticos de diaminas alifáticas têm a fórmula: (Ar¹ - X¹)~ n~ - NR¹ - X³ - NR² - X² - CR³ (Ar²)~ 2~ em que Ar¹ é independentemente uma porção cíclica, X¹ é um ligante compreendendo uma cadeia de 1-5 membros; n é 1 ou 2; R¹ está ausente quando n é 2 e quando n é 1, R¹ é H, alquila (C~ 1-8~), alquenila (C~ 2-8~) ou alquinila (C~ 2-8~); X³ é alquileno, alquenileno ou alquinileno (C~ 2-8~); R² é H, alquila (C~ 1-8~), alquenila (C~ 2-8~) ou alquinila (C~ 2-8~); X² é um ligante compreendendo uma cadeia de 2-9 membros; R³ é H, OH ou alquila (C~ 1-4~); cada Ar² compreende independentemente um anel aromático de 6 membros opcionalmente contendo de 1-3 átomos de nitrogênio.
