Abstract

FóRMULA NUTRICIONAL E MéTODO DE ALIMENTAçãO DE CRIANçAS HUMANAS. A presente invenção refere-se a fórmula nutricional para alimentação de crianças humanas que compreende proteína de soja isolada, em que a protei na de soja isolada possui (a) grau de hidrólise de cerca de 0,5% a cerca de 30%; (b) combinação de teor de inositol-6-fosfato, teor de inositoí-5-fosfato, teor de inositol-4-fosfato e teor de inositol-3-fosfato de menos de cerca de 8,0 ~imol/g de proteína de soja em uma base livre de umidade; e (c) teor de nitrito de menos de cerca de dez partes por milhão. Opcionalmente, a proteína de soja isolada para a fórmula nutricional contém teor de aminoácidos livre de até cerca de 25%. Além disso, a proteína de soja isolada para a fórmula nutricional contém opcionalmente teor de cálcio de cerca de 1,0% a cerca de 12%.
