Abstract
MáQUINAS GIRATóRIAS BASEADAS EM EIXO GEOMéTRICO RADIAL, ESFéRICO. Máquina Giratória que pode ser uma bomba ou um motor de combustão interna tem um alojamento (101) encerrando uma pluralidade de fusos de rotor (108) ficando na superfície de um cone imaginário para acionar um eixo mecânico de saida posicionado no vértice do cone imaginário. Os fusos (108) têm uma engrenagem chanfrada (107) em uma extremidade e encaixando um eixo mecânico de saída e um mancal cónico (112) na outra extremidade. Rotores excêntricos em ângulo (110) são montados em cada fuso (108) moldado para manter contato deslizante tangencial com dois rotores adjacentes (110) para formar uma câmara de compressão ou de combustão. Uma versão esférica de um compressor ou um motor (120, 150) usa uma pluralidade de pistões giratórios (128, 156), cada um dos quais é montado excentricamente e forma um segmento esférico. Cada pistão giratório (126, 158) é montado para contato deslizante tangencial com pelo menos dois outros pistões giratórios (128, 156) para formar uma câmara de deslocamento entre eles.
