Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUçãO DE SEGMENTOS DE INVóLUCRO. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de segmentos de invólucro (240), em cujo processo material plano (116) transversalmente ao eixo da fita é convertido continuamente em uma forma fechada e, depois da soldagem de uma costura longitudinal (124), segmentos de invólucro (240) são separados da fita de invólucro (272). Para a separação de um segmento de invólucro (240) no interior da fita de invólucro (272) formada continuamente é produzida uma aresta de apoio (278), que é essencialmente fechada em forma circular, se estende em um plano normal ao eixo longitudinal da fita de invólucro (272), encosta diretamente no lado interno da tira de invólucro (272) e coopera com ao menos uma ferramenta de corte (279). A ferramenta de corte (279) quando do corte é girada para posição de corte ao longo da aresta de apoio, de modo que uma região de corte gira uma vez em torno do eixo longitudinal e então separa um segmento de invólucro (240), sendo que durante a operação de corte a aresta de apoio (278) e a ao menos uma ferramenta de corte (279) é avançada com a fita de invólucro (272) e, depois da operação de corte, a ao menos uma ferramenta de corte (279) é levada a uma posição isenta de contato para com a fita de invólucro (272) e, contra o movimento da fita de invólucro (272) levada de volta à posição inicial antes da operação de corte. Essa solução de corte possibilita também com material plano extremamente fino uma separação de segmentos de invólucro (240) rápida e isenta de deformação.
