Abstract

MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM FARDO COMPLETO DE FOLHAS DE POLPA E CORRESPONDENTE FARDO COMPLETO. A presente invenção se refere a um método e dispositivo para preparação de um fardo completo (10) de folhas de polpa ou similar. O fardo completo (10) de folhas de polpa contém dois ou mais fardos de polpa em folhas (12), cada um dos fardos de folha de polpa (12) sendo acondicionado mediante empacotamento através de uma fita de embrulho tipo tecido (16) em volta do fardo, de modo a embalar o fardo. A fita de embrulho (16) possui um início (18) que se dispõe contra o fardo de polpa em folhas (12) e um término ou extremidade (20) que permanece sobre a superfície da fita de embrulho (16) . Uma volta e meia ou mais voltas da fita de embrulho (16) são enroladas em torno do fardo de polpa em folhas (12) . Os fardos de polpa em folhas (12) são colocados de modo sobreposto entre si, de tal modo que a ação da gravidade forme uma ligação entre as voltas da fita de embrulho (16), quando tais voltas estiverem entre dois dos fardos de polpa em folhas (12), dispostos de modo sobreposto entre si no fardo completo (10) . A invenção também se refere a um correspondente fardo completo (10) de folhas de polpa.
