Abstract

SISTEMA DE VáLVULA E EXAUSTãO AUXILIAR PARA MOTORES A VAPOR DE ALTA EFICIêNCIA, MOTORES A AR COMPRIMIDO OU MOTORES A GáS COMPRIMIDO Trata-se de um motor a vapor de alta eficiência ou um motor a gás comprimido com fluxo melhorado de entrada e exaustão obtido por pares separados de portas de entrada (13, 17) e de saída (14, 16) ou passagens localizadas em ambas as extremidades de um cilindro impulsor a vapor (1) que contém um pistão (3). Em uma seção central do cilindro (1), fica o unifluxo ou as portas centrais de vapor de saída (15). Um cilindro de válvula que contém uma válvula de corrediça aperfeiçoada (5) localizada adjacente ao cilindro impulsor fornece a vedação programada das portas de entrada e exaustão durante a operação. A exaustão é facilitada pela provisão de duas passagens de saída do cilindro e as portas de saída podem ser ajustadas para um volume de fluxo para acompanhar o fluxo de vapor de saída para reduzir significativamente a contrapressão somente a baixas velocidades do motor.
