Abstract
PROCESSOS E COMPOSTOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE DERIVADOS DE NAFTILINDOL SUBSTITUìDOS. A presente invenção refere-se a processos para a preparação de derivados de naftilindol substituidos de fórmula (1) que podem ser usados como inibidores de inibidor-1 de ativador de plasminogênio (PAI-1). Em certas modalidades da invenção, os processos envolvem reações que incluem uma ou mais de uma oxidação Oppenauer, uma síntese de indol Fisher, uma clivagem de metil éter ou acoplamento de um metil tetrazol substituído com um naftol substituído.
