Abstract
BUCHA DO MANCAL DE DESLIZAMENTO, EMPREGO E FABRICAçãO DE UMA BUCHA DO MANCAL DE DESLIZAMENTO. A invenção refere-se a uma bucha do mancal de deslizamento (1) com, pelo menos, um disco de encosto (10), sendo que, a bucha do mancal de deslizamento (1) e o disco de encosto (10) apresentam, respectivamente, um dorso de aço (2, 11) e, pelo menos, uma camada de deslizamento (3, 12). O disco de encosto (10) é executado em uma parte ou em várias partes e, no lado frontal (4) da bucha do mancal de deslizamento (1) o disco de encosto (10) está fixado por meio de solda a laser. O processo para a fabricação de buchas do manca! de deslizamento com, pelo menos, um disco de encosto (10) de uma parte ou de várias partes, prevê as etapas seguintes: calandragem de uma platina de aço com, pelo menos, uma camada de deslizamento (3) para formar uma bucha do mancal de deslizamento (1), fabricação de um disco de encosto (10) de uma parte ou de várias partes, a partir de uma tira de aço com, pelo menos, uma camada de deslizamento (12) colocação da bucha do mancal de deslizamento (1) em um dispositivo de aperto (20), no qual a bucha do manca! de deslizamento (1) alcança seu diâmetro definitivo, colocação e fixação do disco de encosto (10) no lado frontal (4) da bucha do mancal de deslizamento (1), soldagem do disco de encosto (10) com a bucha do manca! de deslizamento (1) por meio de um raio laser (25) e retirada da bucha do mancal de deslizamento (1) do dispositivo de aperto.
