Abstract

CéLULAS ESTROMAIS ADULTAS DERIVADAS DE ADIPOSAS EXIBINDO CARACTERìSTICAS DE CéLULAS ENDOTELIAIS. A presente invenção engloba uma célula estromal adulta derivada de adiposa (ADAS) que exibe pelo menos uma característica de uma célula pré-endotelial e/ou célula endotelial. A presente invenção também engloba composições e métodos para a geração de uma célula estromal adulta derivada de adiposa que exiba pelo menos uma característica de uma célula pré-endotelial e/ou célula endotelial. Também estão incluidos métodos de uso das células em transplante vascular, engenharia de tecidos, regulação da angiogênese, vasculogênese e tratamento de inúmeros transtornos, incluindo doença cardíaca.
