Abstract

MéTODO PARA ANALISAR QUANTITATIVAMENTE UM MICROORGANISMO POR MARCAçAO DE rRNA. Tem-se por objetivo proporcionar um método para quantificar/detectar um microorganismo, por meio do que um microorganismo em um estado viável pode ser altamente e mais adequadamente detectado. Isto é, um método para quantificar um microorganismo alvo usando-se a quantidade de um rRNA do microorganismo alvo em uma amostra de teste como uma indicação.
