Abstract
ANTICORPO ANTI-CD30 ISOLADO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, MéTODO PARA INIBIR O CRESCIMENTO DE CéLULAS CD30^ +^, E, USO DE UM ANTICORPO ANTI-CD30 DESFUCOSILADO. A invenção refere-se a anticorpos anti-CD30 que faltam resíduos fucosila. Os anticorpos da invenção demonstram aumentada atividade de citotoxicidade celular dependente de anticorpos (ADCC), incluindo a capacidade de lisar linhagens de células expressando CD30 que não são lisadas pela forma fucosilada dos anticorpos. A invenção também provê células hospedeiras que expressam os anticorpos anti-CD30 que faltam resíduos de fucosila, em que as células hospedeiras são deficientes para uma fucosil transferase. Os métodos de usar os anticorpos para inibir o crescimento de células CD30+, como células de tumor, são também providos.
