Abstract
SISTEMAS E MéTODOS PARA OTIMIZAR A ALOCAçãO DE RECURSOS EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO. Sistemas e métodos para a otimização da alocação de recursos para servir diferentes tipos de fluxos de dados em um sistema de comunicação sem fio são descricos. Um método ilustrativo envolve o cálculo de métricas de dados para os dados em uma pluralidade de filas. Cada fila corresponde a um fluxo de dados diferente no sistema de comunicsçâo sem fio. Cada fila corresponde a um fluxo de dados diferente no sistema de comunicação sem fio. As metricas de dados são utilizadas para determinar uma mécrica de transmissão separada para cada um dentre a pluralidade de possíveis formatos de transmissão. A métrica de transmissão para um determinado formato de transmissão depende das métricas de dados correspondentes aos dados alocados para o formato de transmissão determinado. Um formaLo de transmissão é selecionado possuindo uma morrica de transmissão ideal. Os dados alocados para o formato de transmissão selecionado são transmitidos no link de avanço de acordo com o formato de transmissão selecionado.
