Abstract
MéTODO DE FABRICAR UM DUTO PARA USO EM UMA PLANTA DE TRATAMENTO ULTRA-SÈNICO, E, DUTO PARA USO EM UMA PLANTA DE TRATAMENTO ULTRA-SÈNICO. Um duto (10) para uso em uma planta de tratamento ultra-sónico é feito de um tubo de aço cilíndrico (12) por deposição no diâmetro interno de uma camada de metal resistente à corrosão (14). Isto é feito preferivelmente por afiação do diâmetro interno para assegurar que seja circular, depósito sobre o diâmetro interno do tubo (12) de um metal resistente à corrosão, e novamente afiação do diâmetro interno do tubo de modo a assegurar que ele seja circular e para reduzir a espessura do metal resistente à corrosão, e acoplamento de transdutores ultra-sónicos (16) ao exterior do tubo (12). Onde os flanges (22) são fixados nas extremidades do tubo (12), estes são ajustados sobre cada extremidade do tubo de modo que as extremidades são niveladas de modo rente, e são soldados no exterior do tubo (12).
