Abstract

CASQUILHO OU BUCHA DE MANCAL DE BIELA OU BUCHA DE MANCAL PRINCIPAL EM MOTORES DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA. A presente invenção refere-se a um casquilho ou bucha de mancal de biela em motores de combustão interna ou buchas de mancal principal para o apoio do virabrequim em motores de combustão interna, constituído por um material composto de mancal deslizante com uma camada de apoio metálica formada especialmente de aço e uma camada deslizante metálica (2) aplicada em cima da mesma, sendo que a camada deslizante (2) é formada por uma liga de cobre-zinco com 10 - 25 % em peso de Zn e 1 - 8 % em peso de Ni, e com uma camada de cobertura (4) pulverizada, voltada para a outra parte deslizante, constituída por uma liga de alumínio-estanho, sendo que a camada de cobertura pulverizada (4) se encontra pulverizada diretamente sobre a camada deslizante (2) e que desse modo se forma uma camada fina de bloqueio de níquel (10), a qual apresenta uma espessura de menos de 1 <109>m.
