Abstract
MEDICAMENTO DESTINADO à ADMINISTRAçãO ORAL, COMPREENDENDO UM INIBIDOR DA CICLOOXIGENASE-2, E MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um medicamento destinado a administração oral, que compreende um inibidor da ciclooxigenase-2 e que tem melhor biodisponibilidade, e a um método de preparação do dito medicamento. O medicamento da invenção compreende um aglomerado à base de partículas sólidas inertes à base de pelo menos um excipiente, o dito aglomerado compreendendo um inibidor da ciclooxigenase-2 e pelo menos um polímero hidrofílico. De acordo com a invenção, o aglomerado compreende uma pulverização que é aplicada às partículas acima mencionadas, consistindo em uma solução ou suspensão de grãos micronizados do inibidor no(s) dito(s) polímero(s), para aglomerar as ditas partículas. O método da invenção compreende essencialmente as seguintes etapas, a saber, (i) a preparação de um líquido pulverizável à base dos grãos micronizados do dito inibidor em solução ou em suspensão em pelo menos um polímero hidrofilico, e (ii) a pulverização do liquido sobre as partículas sólidas, para obter o aglomerado por meio de granulação a úmido, o dito aglomerado compreendendo a pulverização de solução ou suspensão de grãos.
