Abstract

APARELHO DE COMUNICAçõES DE RáDIO E MéTODO DE COMUNICAçõES DE RáDIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de comunicações de rádio que executa pelo menos um controle de solicitação de repetição automática e executa comunicações de rádio utilizando um quadro que ocupa bandas de freqúência plurais predeterminadas. Este aparelho inclui uma porção de recepção que. recebe informações de retorno sobre cada uma pluralidade de bandas de frequência de uma parte de comunicações, uma porção de determinação que determina qual banda de freqúência entre as bandas de freqúência plurais deve ser utilizada para retransmitir um pacote de retransmissão indicado pelas informações de retorno, e uma porção de transmissão que transmite o pacote de retransmissão utilizando uma ou mais bandas de frequência determinadas.
