Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE TRAVA ELETROMECáNICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de trava que compreende um alojamento (2) que inclui uma abertura (4) e um núcleo (10) que fica disposto, de forma giratória, na abertura e que inclui um rasgo de chaveta (12) para recepção de uma chave. Um elemento de travamento (20) co-atua entre o alojamento (2) e o núcleo (10) e fica móvel entre uma posiçáo de liberação na qual o núcleo é giratório com relação ao alojamento e a uma posição de engatamento na qual a rotação do núcleo com relação ao alojamento fica bloqueada. Um atuador eletronicamente controlável (30) fica disposto no núcleo e é giratório entre uma posição de registro de abertura na qual o elemento de travamento fica móvel com relação à posição de liberação e uma posição de engatamento na qual o movimento do elemento de travamento até a dita posição de liberação fica bloqueado. Uma mola (46) confina uma parte de apoio (30c) do atuador. Uma vez que a mola é dotada de duas partes de perna mutuamente paralelas (46d, 46e), que confinam superfícies radialmente opostas da parte de apoio do atuador, obtêm-se diversas vantagens. Em primeiro lugar, a mola amortecedora é facilmente montada sem qualquer fixação no núcleo. Além disso, o equilíbrio assegura que uma força predeterminada seja exercida sobre a parte de gargalo que aumenta a precisão e, deste modo, o desempenho.
