Abstract
DISCO DE RUPTURA DE ATUAçãO REVERSA COM LINHA DE FRAQUEZA ELETROPOLIDA DEFINIDA A LASER E MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DA LINHA DE FRAQUEZA. A presente invenção refere-se a um disco de ruptura de atuação reversa que é provido tendo um recesso de linha de fraqueza eletropolido definido por laser, e um método melhorado de formação de um recesso de linha de fraqueza eletropolido em um disco de ruptura de atuação reversa que assegura uma abertura plena do disco, quando da reversão. Uma peça básica de disco de ruptura é pré-abaulada, abaulada finalmente e, então, provida com uma camada de material de resistência. Um laser é usado para a remoção de pelo menos uma porção da camada de material de resistência correspem quente a um recesso de linha de fraqueza desejado na face cóncava do disco de ruptura abaulado, O disco então é submetido a uma operação de eletropolimento para remoção de metal da área formada a laser do disco de ruptura, desse modo se formando um recesso de linha de fraqueza polido lustroso no disco de configuração desejada e de uma profundidade predeterminada, que está relacionada à espessura de material. A linha de fraqueza eletropolida é definida por porções de canal opostas espaçadas separadas por uma porção de coroa elevada central, em que as porções de canal são de profundidade maior do que a porção de coroa. A pressão de explosão/reversão do disco tendo um recesso de linha de fraqueza eletropolido pode ser seletivamente controlada pela variação da pressão de pré-abaulamento no disco.
