Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR PRODUTOS METABóLICOS SECUNDáRIOS DE FUNGOS OU BACTéRIAS E PRODUTO METABóLICO SECUNDáRIO DE FUNGOS OU BACTéRIAS, MARCADO DE FORMA ISOTóPICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir produtos metabólicos secundários de fungos ou bactérias, altamente marcados de forma isotópica, em um meio de cultura liquido sintético. De acordo com o dito método, a síntese é conduzida imobilizando os fungos ou bactérias sobre um veículo inerte, adicionando um meio de cultura líquido sintético no qual essencialmente todos átomos de carbono, átomos de nitrogênio e/ou átomos de enxofre são substituidos por isótopos estáveis.
