Abstract

CHAPA DE AçO DE CARBONO EXTREMAMENTE BAIXO, EXCELENTE EM CARACTERìSTICAS DE SUPERFìCIE, CAPACIDADE DE TRABALHO, E CONFORMABILIDADE, E UM MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE PLACAS LINGOTADAS DE CARBONO EXTREMAMENTE BAIXO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção de uma chapa de aço lingotada de carbono extremamente baixa caracterizada pelo lingotamento do aço fundido obtido reduzindo-se a concentração de carbono do aço fundido para 0,005% em massa ou menos, e então adicionando-se Cu, Nb e B ao aço fundido, além disso ajustando-se a concentração de oxigénio dissolvido no aço fundido para 0,01% em massa a 0,06% em massa e a chapa de aço de carbono extremamente baixo contendo C: 0,005% em massa ou menos, AI solúvel em ácido: 0,005% em massa ou menos, e também Cu, Nb e B, caracterizada pelo fato de que o aço tem óxidos finos com um diâmetro de 0,5 jim a 30 ~tm dispersos no mesmo em uma quantidade de 1.000 partículas/cm^ 2^ a 1.000.000 de partículas/cm^ 2^.
